1. Agreement

By accessing or using Dark Panther Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this Service. Sports betting may be illegal in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to comply with local laws.

3. Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• The Cub tier includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends.

4. Nature of the Service

Dark Panther Analytics provides statistical analysis and data-driven predictions for educational and entertainment purposes only. Our predictions are not financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share prediction content from any paid tier.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Service.
• Share API credentials (Apex tier) with third parties.
• Misrepresent our predictions as your own or as guaranteed outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All ML models, algorithms, prediction outputs, and site content are the property of Dark Panther Analytics. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dark Panther Analytics is not liable for any financial losses incurred from acting on our predictions. Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
