How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Click Manage Subscription in the site footer, enter your email, and you'll receive a portal link. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

How do I change my plan?

Use the same Stripe customer portal (footer → Manage Subscription). You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

I was charged but I don't have access. What do I do?

Email support@darkpantheranalytics.com with the email address you used at checkout. We'll verify the payment and restore your access within a few hours.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the period ends. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review your case.

What happens when my Cub trial ends?

The Cub plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription begins and you are billed $9.99 for the first month. You can cancel before the trial ends with no charge.

My payment failed. What now?

Stripe will automatically retry failed payments. You'll receive an email notification. To update your payment method, go to the Stripe customer portal (footer → Manage Subscription). If your subscription lapses, email us and we'll help restore access once payment is resolved.

Account & Access

How do I sign in?

We use passwordless magic link login. Go to Sign In, enter your subscription email, and we'll send a one-click login link to your inbox. The link expires after 15 minutes — just request a new one if it expires.

I'm not receiving the login email.

Check your spam or promotions folder. The email comes from noreply@darkpantheranalytics.com. If it's not there, email us at support@darkpantheranalytics.com and we'll sort it out manually.

I subscribed but my tier isn't showing up.

Make sure you're signing in with the same email address you used at checkout. If the issue persists, email support@darkpantheranalytics.com with your order confirmation and we'll fix it.

Predictions & Content

When are predictions posted?

Predictions are generated daily and posted by 8:00 AM MST each morning. Edge alerts and free picks are sent by email to subscribers on our mailing list.

What's the difference between tiers?

Are your predictions guaranteed?

No. Our ML models identify statistical edges in sports markets — they do not guarantee outcomes. Sports betting involves inherent risk. Please review our Disclaimer before using this service.

Technical Issues

The site isn't loading correctly.

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). If the issue persists, email support@darkpantheranalytics.com with your browser and device details.
